Me + my pe personal health

Through out this months i have tried very hard in P.E like my stamia has increased a lot this year beacuse this year  im trying hard on fitness days. Last year i never tried in PE class but this year i realised that PE is improtant for are health and makes you stay fit. I have changed a lot this year to because i take leadership i help clean up most of the time after a activity. My goals this year in PE is to stay fit, try to get muscles and maintain my stamia. Im very active outside of the school too. I play on a soccer team we have 2 partices a week and 1 game i also sometimes go to the gym to work out. I have to improve on eating more healthy food because the food you eat effets us. I eat fruits and vegetables everyday but not enough and i also need to drink at least 12 glass of water beacuse i ran a lot in soccer.  I think i deserve like 90 % beacuse i always try in PE, i always change now in PE, i take leadership in cleaning up so thats why i think i deserve a A  in PE
