IThrough out this months i have tried very hard in P.E like my stamia has increased a lot this year beacuse this year im trying hard on fitness days. Last year i never tried in PE class but this year i realised that PE is improtant for are health and makes you stay fit. I think i deserve a B beacuse im a leader in my class me and justin always put are stuff away after PE. Im in athletic leadership class so i always clean up. I used change my pe clothes everyday but after the winter break i have only changed my pe strip twice. I feel im very activity beacuse i work in pe and i play on a soccer team after school. This year after going to the weight room a couple of times i started to go the gym 4 days a week to stay fit and become stronger. However sometimes i dont like to change beacuse sometimes im not in the mood of doing pe . Regularly days i always parcipitate in class . On Fitness days l sometimes dont try 100% .The beep test i get around 9.5 on average. I encourage friends like tarnpreet to keep going on fitness days to keep them motivated. I have gotten stronger this year and i started to go to the gym this year beacuse of pe. My goals was to stay fit, and get stronger. I learned that i have alot more endurance than i thought i can run for a much longer time then last year. I plan to get my regular activity by going to gym 4 times a week and play soccer. We have partice 2 days a week and 1 game so i will try hard to stay in shape, and as fit as possible. maintain my stamia. Im very active outside of the school too. I play on a soccer team we have 2 partices a week and 1 game i also sometimes go to the gym to work out. I have to improve on eating more healthy food because the food you eat effets us. I eat fruits and vegetables everyday but not enough and i also need to drink at least 12 glass of water . I plan to take pe next year again beacuse i like the pe atmoshere.

ReplyDeleteI'm glad you were honest and realistic about your personal assessment. It's great that you are being so active outside of school and are getting into working out regularly. I'm glad you were able to address the inconsistencies in the class being around all your friends and how it impacts your performance. That can translate to the weightroom as well, the 5 guys standing around the bench press watching one guy work out;)
You have demonstrated some strong leadership qualities in this class. Only thing holding you back from excellence in this class is consistency. You seem to have a mature approach to the way you go about your business which is nice to see. That should serve you well as long as you associate with people at certain times who allow you to bring out your best.
