Nuturition blog

Yes i have healthy goals. Im trying to eat 5 meals a day beacuse eating more small meals a day is better than eating 3 big meals a day . I aslo drink whey protein shakes beacuse i work out. They only have 2 g of sugar so its not bad for me and it has a lot of protein in it. I try not to eat that much sugar beacuse i play soccer and i want a healthy life style. I try to drink 12 glasses of water a day beacuse im a athlete . I try to avoild pop and chips beacuse its fat,sugar and just empty calories. I eat fruits and veggies but i need to eat more beacuse its heathy i try to eat apples and bananas whenever i can. I eat to much candy i need to stop because there not good for many health. Its going to effect me in the future if i dont stop eating them

  1. Your protein powder label was hard to read but show me the picture in class and I can zoom to tell you if it's something you want to continue taking. What do you put on your toast? For your main meals you should have a fist size portion of protein, lots of greens and carbs. No more than 30 grams of protein per meal. Drinking skim milk will reduce the amount of fat you consume on a daily basis. Be careful with the juice, pop and oatmeal that you had pictures of. They all contain lots of sugar. For the oatmeal you could mix 1 flavoured and 1 non flavoured package reduce the amount of sugar.
